第五篇：激情是前進(jìn)的動(dòng)力

我當(dāng)了三屆高中班主任后，突然對(duì)繼續(xù)擔(dān)當(dāng)班主任工作感到恐懼。因?yàn)槲野l(fā)現(xiàn)自己對(duì)學(xué)生沒(méi)有了“激情”，學(xué)生教育、班級(jí)管理，好象駕輕就熟，實(shí)則是按部就班，沒(méi)有成為特色，而是變成模式。

當(dāng)班主任是工作，是任務(wù)，而不再是我的舞臺(tái)，我的追求。

如果沒(méi)有了熱愛(ài)和激情，僅靠經(jīng)驗(yàn)方法，能成為一名“勞苦而未必功高”的優(yōu)秀班主任嗎？ 激情是人生的靈魂，缺少激情，人生就會(huì)變得平庸和無(wú)聊，擁抱激情人生就會(huì)充滿(mǎn)生機(jī)和希望。在平凡而不平庸的日子里要時(shí)時(shí)提醒自己燃燒激情飛揚(yáng)生命活力。

思想源于激情，只有我們對(duì)自己所從事的教育工作傾注全部的激情，我們才能認(rèn)真、執(zhí)著地去思考我們的教育事業(yè)。

激情是一枚硬幣，一面是對(duì)學(xué)生的愛(ài)，而另一面是對(duì)班主任具體工作的執(zhí)著。當(dāng)你有了激情后你的精神便是愉悅的,你便會(huì)關(guān)心起你身邊的每一位學(xué)生,真正的負(fù)責(zé)起每一位學(xué)生,而當(dāng)你有了激情之后,你便會(huì)思考如何更好地教育你的學(xué)生的問(wèn)題,這便是班主任工作.以下是我當(dāng)班主任以來(lái)積累的一些體會(huì)，在此和各位班主任交流一下。

一、做一個(gè)有激情的班主任——在實(shí)踐中研究班主任工作，學(xué)習(xí)前人的教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)，努力形成自己獨(dú)特的工作方法。

二、做一個(gè)有激情的班主任——給學(xué)生之所需

一句寬慰的話(huà),使她感到陽(yáng)光般的溫暖；一個(gè)和藹的笑容,使她有了改錯(cuò)的信心.她的表現(xiàn)就在不你不經(jīng)意間變化著,我為她的進(jìn)步感到驕傲.

三、做一個(gè)有激情的班主任——運(yùn)用智慧解決班級(jí)管理難題

真正有激情的工作態(tài)度除了實(shí)干外,還得用一些好的管理方法,而真正用上方法了對(duì)于學(xué)生的教育和班級(jí)的管理確實(shí)有很大的幫助. 任小艾有這么一句教育名言：“真愛(ài)是能夠讓人有智慧的。當(dāng)你沒(méi)有任何私心的愛(ài)你的學(xué)生的時(shí)候，你的智慧會(huì)層出不窮的�！蔽蚁耄�我要是有一顆愛(ài)學(xué)生的心，我就不怕處理不好難題。

六、做一個(gè)有激情的班主任——嘗試做個(gè)創(chuàng)新的班主任。

做個(gè)創(chuàng)新的班主任就要求我們能夠與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，使自己的教育方法在平時(shí)工作中不斷創(chuàng)新。善于發(fā)現(xiàn)新情況、新問(wèn)題、新趨勢(shì)，善于捕捉新機(jī)遇，采取新措施，建立新機(jī)制。

在平時(shí)工作過(guò)程中，我大膽地做過(guò)一些教育實(shí)踐。如班干部輪流管理制的試驗(yàn)和探究。因?yàn)檩喠髦频膶?shí)施可以調(diào)動(dòng)廣大同學(xué)的工作積極性，同時(shí)通過(guò)學(xué)生自己的班級(jí)管理實(shí)踐，得到思想上的教育——懂得勞動(dòng)和管理的辛苦，從而懂得如何配合班級(jí)干部的管理，如何珍惜同學(xué)和老師的勞動(dòng)成果。應(yīng)該是不錯(cuò)的舉措。在實(shí)施的過(guò)程中，我能不斷總結(jié)和引導(dǎo)，以便該制度的順利開(kāi)展。

我認(rèn)為，作為班主任，您要是有了責(zé)任心，您不一定會(huì)有激情；但您要有了激情，您便有了責(zé)任心、愛(ài)心和研究班主任工作的心。我想通過(guò)自己的努力，給學(xué)生多一點(diǎn)責(zé)任心，多一點(diǎn)愛(ài)心，多一點(diǎn)寬容，爭(zhēng)取做一名優(yōu)秀的班主任。最后還是用一句話(huà)屈原的話(huà)勉勵(lì)自己，“路漫漫其修遠(yuǎn)兮，吾將上下而求索�！�
