第五篇：初中教師競聘上崗演講稿(2分鐘)

尊敬的各位評委、老師們：上午好�。ň瞎�）

我演講的題目是：舍去99%的努力，只為一句話

在別人不容易發(fā)現(xiàn)的角度去觀察事物，去做事情，往往會有意料之外的收獲。如果任何事情都千篇一律，無所起伏，就像音樂的旋律一樣，升平無奇就會令人厭煩。這次競聘是學(xué)校給我們的一個展示自我的機(jī)會，是一個上進(jìn)的平臺。如果站在這個平臺上我們看的即不高也不遠(yuǎn)，就已經(jīng)失去了任何意義。

脫俗原創(chuàng)寓言：《無題》古時侯有一個秀才，鄉(xiāng)試落地，心情煩躁去郊外散心，也不知道走了多遠(yuǎn)，突然發(fā)現(xiàn)一戰(zhàn)亂時廢棄的烽火臺。秀才心想：上去應(yīng)有另一番天地，可是又一想：自幼恐高，怎么辦？思量再三，在誘惑面前還是硬起頭皮上了。待到行至一半時發(fā)現(xiàn)：通道年久失修損毀嚴(yán)重，無法前行，正兩難之際，一抬頭，發(fā)現(xiàn)側(cè)壁之上竟被前人裝了一抓手，伸手抓住便可一躍而過，秀才終于上得高臺。但是到達(dá)頂端秀才才真正體會到：自己恐高的程度竟然是要命的。他開始雙腿打顫一會就頭暈?zāi)垦５膮柡Γ�可憐的秀才還不及體會登高的喜悅，也不及欣賞遠(yuǎn)處的風(fēng)景，就膽戰(zhàn)心驚的下去了。

故事完了，而故事中角色的扮演者卻不只是一個秀才……。而我們在座的每一個人都不愿意是故事中的秀才……。

有時候人為了一個目標(biāo)，可以舍去99%的努力。我的演講前面的廢話說了這么多，而我真正的競聘演講就一句話：我競聘初三體育。謝謝大�。ň瞎�）
