1、繼續(xù)開拓會議市場。加大會議的促銷和開發(fā),在每月初及時了解本月的會議信息,對會議的各項要求進行一一落實,與相關部門進行及時溝通、協(xié)調,認真接待好每一次大中小型會議,精心細致地做好每次會議的接待工作。在會議市場的開發(fā)上,加大信息捕捉,量身度勢,加大會議接待的宣傳力度,今年逐步開拓了一批新的商務會議客源,同時注意加強了與會展公司、會議代辦機構和旅行社會議接待中心等的合作,充分利用他們的會議接待平臺和業(yè)務銷售,進行宣傳自己,同時爭取了一定的會議客源。
2、穩(wěn)定旅游團隊市場。在過去的半年里,通過嚴謹細致的市場調查后,結合酒店的實際情況,制定了相應的接待價格政策和接待方案,加大了與協(xié)議旅行社的回訪和聯(lián)絡,提高了客房入住率。3、努力開展網絡訂房業(yè)務。網絡訂房現在已經成為各類型賓客公務出差、旅游、商務活動的選擇入住賓館的方式之一。為同網絡訂房中
心實現資源共享、市場共拓,賓館擬讓利的方式,選擇了幾家網絡訂房中心,嘗試性的進行合作,如攜程等知名訂房中心,力求在利用網絡信息資源,開拓一條有利于酒店經營發(fā)展的營銷渠道。二、營銷部在工作中存在的不足
半年來,經過部門員工的共同努力,取得了一定成績,但我們也清醒的認識到:我們的工作中仍存在一些不足:
1、銷售隊伍不穩(wěn)定,由于種種原因銷售人員緊缺,特別是有銷售經驗的人員,而且對銷售人員的培訓力度也亟待加強。
2、信息的捕捉和處理能力有所欠缺,具體表現在:一是缺乏把握市場信息的能力,在信息高度發(fā)達的現代社會,信息一縱而過,有一些有效的信息在我們身邊流過,但是我們沒有抓住。二是缺乏信息的交流,使很多有效的信息白白流失和工作的被動。在今后的工作中,應采取有效的措施,發(fā)揮信息的作用,加大信息的交流,提高信息的處理能力,強化內部信息的溝通。
3、與賓客間的互動不足。營銷部在日常的工作中,除了會議接待的過程中有較少的與顧客。面對面交流的時間,其它幾乎沒有機會與賓客交流;蛘哒f存在這樣的機會我們在無意間就放過了。我們無法知道顧客需要什么,無法獲得賓客在酒店消費的直觀感受,甚至有投訴或建議賓客都有可能找不到表達的對象。這樣就很難給賓客創(chuàng)造賓至如歸,溫馨如家的消費體驗。三、201*年下半年工作計劃1、努力使散客的入住率上一個臺階
營銷部的下半年主要工作之一將放在提高散客入住率上。我們擁有良好的區(qū)位優(yōu)勢與便利的交通條件。我們會利用所有可能的工具(網絡、報刊、雜志及短消息的應用)加大對酒店的宣傳力度。力爭全年在散客的入住率上有較大提高。2、加強與各大旅行社間聯(lián)系
下半年擬定在“十一”旅游黃金周到來之前,與各大旅行社之間建立起長期的合作關系,使得這些旅行社有意向將團隊安排到我們酒店,以確保酒店客房的收入。
3、加強主題、價格、渠道營銷策略的應用
下半年營銷部將會根據不同的節(jié)日、不同的季節(jié)制定相應的營銷方案,綜合運用價格、產品及渠道策略將酒店的客房,棋牌,餐飲組合銷售。使酒店在競爭中始終處于主動的地位,以最大限度的吸引顧客,從而保障酒店經營目標的完成。4、加強部門間的溝通協(xié)作
建立良好的溝通機制是有效實施營銷方案和完美服務顧客的保障。因此營銷部會一如既往地積極主動地與各部門進行溝通協(xié)作,相互配合。以一個整體面對顧客,充分發(fā)揮酒店整體營銷活力,創(chuàng)造最佳效益
下半年,營銷部繼續(xù)探索,繼續(xù)努力,力爭各項工作都有起色,有突破,有創(chuàng)新,取得銷售業(yè)績的提升。“天道酬勤”,有付出,才會有回報,營銷部全體努力奮進必將取得一份累累碩果。
