本次月考試題的范圍主要涉及初中重點(diǎn)詞匯用法和重點(diǎn)語法。是一套

中考原題改編，試題難度適中，從出題的本意出發(fā)，試卷的設(shè)計是給學(xué)生以正確導(dǎo)向,以樹立他們學(xué)好英語的興趣和決心，但從學(xué)生答題的情況來看，卻不容樂觀。主要?dú)w納為以下幾點(diǎn)：

一、對于大多數(shù)高一新生來說英語還是一個弱勢科目.很多學(xué)生初中語法嚴(yán)重不過關(guān),導(dǎo)致在寫作中錯誤百出,集中表現(xiàn)在時態(tài),語態(tài)和主謂一致三個方面。閱讀量不夠也是沒有產(chǎn)生語感的因素之一�？炊�了不能做對題是理解不夠深入,能看明白來不及做題是閱讀速度太慢。這一切都是因為閱讀量不夠。還有解題技巧不科學(xué)題型設(shè)計見得少。

二、高中的試題中含有許多生詞而且偏多,這是按照考試說明的要求人為設(shè)置的干擾項,目的是考察學(xué)生的猜詞能力和通過語境深層次理解文章所要向讀者傳達(dá)的信息。

三、初中英語學(xué)習(xí)方法很不適應(yīng)高中。學(xué)生會注意到高中的試題結(jié)構(gòu)較之初中試題而言變化很大。這是因為高中的英語學(xué)習(xí)和測試重點(diǎn)從初中的基礎(chǔ)知識向語言能力轉(zhuǎn)移,更重視綜合的語言知識與能力的運(yùn)用。閱讀量及分?jǐn)?shù)比重增加,筆頭表達(dá)能力的測試力度加大.這就要求學(xué)生應(yīng)調(diào)整學(xué)習(xí)方法.否則不能適應(yīng)高中的學(xué)習(xí)。

四、由于學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境的重新組合及多樣化，老師在課堂上的工作更富于指導(dǎo)性,學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)更趨于個體化,學(xué)習(xí)方法也就應(yīng)該根據(jù)個人的實際情況不斷的加以調(diào)整。反思：

一、對于高一新生的現(xiàn)狀,我們不能放棄,特別對那些英語成績偏低而總分成績偏高的同學(xué)。老師應(yīng)給予必要和適當(dāng)?shù)闹笇?dǎo)。還要培養(yǎng)他們自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力和自主學(xué)習(xí)的品質(zhì)。多鼓勵學(xué)生勤積累,當(dāng)知識積累到一定量時,必然會發(fā)生質(zhì)的變化.要幫助學(xué)生克服自卑,放棄和急于求成的心理.實話說，高一這次月考，英語總的說來不理想，全年級及格共十多個，最高分113分，火箭班平均成績70多分，重點(diǎn)班平均成績60分左右，平行班30分左右，這是我們最擔(dān)憂的問題，如何改變現(xiàn)狀是我們亟待解決的事情。二、應(yīng)加強(qiáng)學(xué)生寫作能力,端正寫作態(tài)度,對于基礎(chǔ)薄弱的學(xué)生可在平時把某些精彩范文和精彩的段落背誦下來以為我所用。對于優(yōu)生我們應(yīng)當(dāng)鼓勵他們寫出生動的句式也就是能打動閱卷老師的句子以提高作文檔次，爭取大力提高作文的成績。這對于提高卷面的整體成績是十分有益的。三、積極鼓勵學(xué)生轉(zhuǎn)變英語學(xué)習(xí)的觀念，認(rèn)真背誦單詞。老師要給予學(xué)生英語學(xué)習(xí)的信心，鼓勵他們認(rèn)真學(xué)起來。課堂上教師要杜絕學(xué)生睡覺的情況，保證每個學(xué)生認(rèn)真聽講，提醒學(xué)生做好課堂筆記。課后監(jiān)督學(xué)生對單詞、短語的強(qiáng)記，教師要采用有效的方式提高課堂教學(xué)效率，要遵循考綱和本學(xué)期的課程安排輔之以必要的精講練習(xí)讓學(xué)生牢固的掌握基礎(chǔ)知識。1班和3班每天堅持3個一（一篇完形填空，一篇閱讀，一篇改錯），通過此次考試的成績分析和總結(jié),我們英語備課組做到了盡量多找出問題,也更加明確了今后的奮斗方向。

相信只要齊心協(xié)力,學(xué)生成績將會更上一層樓！
