一個月時間就這樣很快的結束了，回顧自己這月以來的工作，可以說是有很多的地方值得去回憶。作為一名行政助理，我要做的工作有很多，不過我始終覺得說起來也挺小事情的，這些小事都在我不斷的工作中逐漸的去解決，自己的工作能力也得到了很大的提高。社會就是這樣，有很多鍛煉人的地方，我相信自己可以做好，不過這些都是需要自己一直不斷的努力下去，我相信自己會做好的。在領導的關心支持和同事們的熱情幫助下，不斷加強自身建設，努力提高自身修養(yǎng)，認真履行崗位職責，較好地完成了各項工作任務�？偨Y起來，主要有以下六個方面：

一、嚴以律己，樹立良好形象。嚴格遵守辦公室的各項規(guī)章制度，時時處處以工作為先，大局為重，遇有緊急任務，加班加點，毫無怨言。領導下達了指令，會想方設法去完成。聽從領導、服從分配，對于領導和辦公室安排的每一份工作，不論大小，都高度重視，總是盡職盡責、認認真真地去完成，從不計較個人得失、打折扣、講條件。經常自省自勵，開展批評與自我批評，嚴格約束自己的一言一行、一舉一動，樹立起了辦公室工作人員的良好形象。

二、加強學習，不斷提高業(yè)務素質。虛心的向同事學習，經常利用網絡工具和同崗位的同事交流心得，逐步的完善自我。在工作中，時時處處以領導和優(yōu)秀同事為榜樣，不會的就學，不懂的就問，取人之長，補己之短，始終保持了謙虛謹慎勤奮好學的積極態(tài)度，綜合能力顯著提高。

三、積極工作，完成各項任務。九月份有個中秋節(jié)，對于我們服務行業(yè)來講，凡是節(jié)假日對我們的營業(yè)都有極大的沖擊力。所以在節(jié)日來臨之前，必須把各項工作的相關事宜一切準備妥當。按照領導的安排，認真做好各類文件、通知、打印、校對以及傳達工作；全方位為領導搞好服務，常請示、勤匯報，努力做好參謀助手，為整個辦公室工作有條不紊的開展發(fā)揮了積極作用。同時，經常深入基層調查研究，了解員工思想動態(tài)，為領導科學決策提供了可靠依據。四、人事管理方面。相對來講，我們人事工作還存在很大需要改善的地方。這個月出現了一個嚴重的問題就是總公司已經下文要做好留人計劃方案這項工作，即“與員工談話”，可是還沒落實好，有些部門做了，可是也沒按要求做，由此可見這件事并未引起管理人員的高度重視，員工思想我們都沒了解好，我們談何留人。這幾個月基本上是新進與離職的人員不相上下，本月是離職人數大于新進。從這里面可以看出做了解員工思想工作的重要性。其中這工作沒完成有極大方面的原因是我沒做好督查工作，這是我工作失職的表現。這件事體現了我的執(zhí)行力不夠強，在以后的工作中我要加強這方面的能力。

五、加強注重細節(jié)工作態(tài)度，加強語言功底，消除緊張心理。文員工作，細心極其的關鍵。比如下一份文，我也會琢磨，可是會因為緊張讓大腦產生短路，這種表現就像潘總說的一句話是缺乏運籌帷幄的處事能力，急了就亂了。不過她說這種能力也與經驗有關，經歷多了，自然也會有所提高的。

六、個人方面的事情。這個月我的激情感覺不是很高漲。領導吩咐做的事情，也做了，和同事們相處感覺也挺好的，覺得跟他們比以前都更熟了�？墒俏覅s發(fā)現自己在待人接物方面沒有了剛開始的那種耐性，見面我也笑呵呵的，可是我自己覺得有點假了。我找過原因，可能真的是因為從學校出來工作這個過渡期做得不夠好，產生了工作疲憊綜合癥。我總有自己還是個孩子的感覺，有很多事情是關乎到人情世故的東西，我覺得處理這些事情很累，也不懂得怎么樣才能做好，真的很困惑，以致越來越沒激情。

工作中雖然取得了一定成績，但仍然存在著一些問題和不足，今后，我要一如既往地向領導們學習，發(fā)揚優(yōu)點、克服不足，與時俱進，積極進取，力爭使自己的專業(yè)素質和業(yè)務水平在較短的時間內再上新臺階，以適應現代社會飛速發(fā)展的需要，從而更好地完成領導安排的各項工作任務。下一步，重點搞好以下幾方面工作：

一、強化服務意識，增強責任感、壓力感，提高工作效率和服務質量。

二、抽出時間，深入調查研究，努力掌握第一手資料，為更好地為領導服務打下堅實基礎。三、進一步加強業(yè)務學習。堅持謙虛謹慎，不驕不躁的工作作風，發(fā)揚團結他人、謙虛學習的精神，虛心向領導學習，向辦公室同事學習，不斷提高自身素養(yǎng)。

在未來的時間里，我一定再接再勵，甘為人梯，做好后勤工作，讓領導和其它員工踏踏實實安安心心的奮斗在自己的崗位上�，F在我的工作對我來說，我自己感到還是十分的滿意的，所以我會繼續(xù)在我的工作上努力下去，我堅信自己可以做好。當然很多的現實情況下，我有很多的事情要做。不過忙碌的生活也是很正常的，我堅信在以后的道路上，我會走的更好！
