考試工作計(jì)劃安排
一、時(shí)間安排
時(shí)間9月30日前10月31日前11月1日至10日11月3日至5日工作內(nèi)容下發(fā)新生建檔材料;各地新生注冊(cè),收繳考籍管理、水平考試合格審定費(fèi)。各地完成新生注冊(cè),上交考籍管理、水平考試合格審定費(fèi)。組織201*級(jí)至201*級(jí)學(xué)業(yè)水平考試報(bào)名工作召開7月份學(xué)業(yè)水平考試工作總結(jié)會(huì)和12月份學(xué)業(yè)水平考試考務(wù)會(huì)。11月10日至11月25日整理考籍,編排打印考場,上報(bào)具體考點(diǎn)地址、試題數(shù)和巡視員名單(2名)。11月14日至20日組織命題11月28至12月18日印制試題,錄制磁帶。12月19日至22日12月21日12月21日至22日各市調(diào)試考點(diǎn)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。各地領(lǐng)取試題,其中青島、棗莊、煙臺(tái)、威海、日照、臨沂和菏澤于20日下午到達(dá)濟(jì)南。21日下午召開省派巡視員會(huì)議,22日省派巡視員到達(dá)巡視地。201*級(jí)至201*級(jí)學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)水平文化課考試:12月23日至25日23日8:00-9:30地理,10:15-11:45歷史,14:00-15:30物理;24日8:00-9:30生物,10:15-11:45化學(xué),14:00-15:30政治;25日8:00-9:30數(shù)學(xué),10:15-11:45外語,14:00-16:00語文。12月26日至27日12月28日12月29日至201*年1月15日閱卷2月8日前3月底以前4月1日至30日5月7日至25日5月4日至9日5月20日前全省學(xué)業(yè)水平信息技術(shù)學(xué)科考試上報(bào)信息技術(shù)考試作弊學(xué)生名單12月29日至1月15日各地組織閱主觀卷。2月4日,審定成績,考生成績上傳平臺(tái)。各學(xué)校完成本學(xué)期在校年級(jí)學(xué)生發(fā)展報(bào)告的相關(guān)工作,并上傳平臺(tái)學(xué)校上傳201*級(jí)第六學(xué)期學(xué)生發(fā)展報(bào)告相關(guān)內(nèi)容。打印、核發(fā)201*級(jí)學(xué)業(yè)水平考試合格證,處理201*級(jí)學(xué)業(yè)水平考試合格證的遺留問題各學(xué)校組織201*級(jí)學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)水平考試報(bào)名工作學(xué)業(yè)水平考試考務(wù)會(huì);組織命題。

(一)報(bào)名考試及成績公布程序
201*年12月份學(xué)業(yè)水平考試201*級(jí)只允許報(bào)名參加語文、數(shù)學(xué)、外語3科考試,201*年6月份學(xué)業(yè)水平考試僅允許201*級(jí)學(xué)生參加。學(xué)校登錄山東基礎(chǔ)教育信息化管理平臺(tái)學(xué)業(yè)水平考試模塊進(jìn)行考試報(bào)名,各市教育局用修改后的原展創(chuàng)程序下載報(bào)名信息,進(jìn)行編場、閱卷、上報(bào)成績按照原操作程序進(jìn)行。成績經(jīng)我處審核后直接上傳平臺(tái),不再單獨(dú)下發(fā),各市、縣(市、區(qū))、學(xué)?赏ㄟ^平臺(tái)下載。
(二)各地可根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)貙?shí)際一年內(nèi)安排幾次學(xué)生信息勘誤工作,201*級(jí)最后一次的信息勘誤必須由每個(gè)學(xué)生確認(rèn)后簽字,簽字表學(xué)校保存?zhèn)洳。高中畢業(yè)年級(jí)下學(xué)期及畢業(yè)以后不再辦理因身份證號(hào)或其他學(xué)生身份信息錯(cuò)誤造成的合格證換發(fā)業(yè)務(wù)。
(三)201*年5月7日至25日,處理201*級(jí)學(xué)業(yè)水平考試合格證的遺留問題。各市在此期間必須嚴(yán)格認(rèn)真核對(duì)畢業(yè)學(xué)生的情況,畢業(yè)證必須在高考前發(fā)到學(xué)生手中。
(四)外省轉(zhuǎn)入學(xué)生需提供原學(xué)校、市、省級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)手續(xù)、成績證明和學(xué)生信息。學(xué)業(yè)水平(或會(huì)考)成績證明,須經(jīng)我處審核確認(rèn)。
